Al-Sulaimi Governorate

It is one of the governorates of the Hail region, north-central Saudi Arabia. Its origins date back more than 400 years, and it is among the three governorates that are considered the least populated in the region. According to the Saudi census 2022, only 2.3% of the population of the Hail region lives in it, estimated at 17,343 people


Location of Al-Sulaimi Governorate

Al-Sulaimi is located south of Hail region, 80 km from the emirate headquarters, bordered to the north by Al-Ghazala Governorate, to the east by Sumaira Governorate, to the south by Al-Qassim and Al-Madinah regions, and to the west by Al-Ha'it Governorate. Al-Sulaimi Governorate is considered one of the governorates of category (B), and 12 administrative centers follow it. Al-Sulaimi is located on the banks of Wadi Al-Rummah; the largest valley in the Arabian Peninsula, which made it a home to dense plants of Talh, Arfaj and Ramth
